Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with an e-commerce platform for selling our products online.

3. Products and Services

We offer freshly baked goods and other food products that are perishable and made-to-order. These items are intended for immediate consumption and are subject to special handling and delivery conditions.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to Canadian food safety regulations, perishable food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions are made only if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos and a description of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. To cancel an order, email us at cookeys@cookeys.ca with your order number. If your order is already in production or transit, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

6. Special & Corporate Orders

Special or large-scale orders may require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the delivery date.

• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before delivery will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before delivery will require full payment.

7. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and others.

While we follow best practices in food preparation, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should use caution when ordering.

All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and designs—is the intellectual property of Cookeys Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written consent.
