Cookies can be stored in sealed packaging for up to 1 week. For longer storage, freeze them in their original packaging or in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Avoid refrigerating, as it can dry the cookies out.
To soften, heat in the microwave (unwrapped) for 8–10 seconds, or in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 4–5 minutes.
Delicious when paired with ice cream, tea, coffee, or milk.
